  I went to this Verizon store to replace my battery on my seventeen month old phone.I was told I would be without a phone for two weeks or so but she did not tell me about options I had available to me as I had Apple Care Insurance. Instead she said I could get a new phone for about what i was already paying. She knowingly did not inform me of ALL of my options in order to make the sale...This is fraud by deception! I have spoken to Verizon Corporate as well as the manager of the Presque Isle, Maine store. The manager said he would sleep on this matter...that was over two weeks ago....I would recommend consumers NOT do business with this store!
